Nowadays, 80% of the Cassaigne wines are devoted to producing red, white and rosé Côtes de Gascogne. Six cooperative winegrowers manage this top-of-the-range vineyard. The vines were entirely restructured in the early 2000s, which led to the production of two wine ranges: first wines and second wines.
